Welcome to beginner's crochet. There is no experience or tools needed to participate. We will start at the very beginning with hand positions, tools, and basic stitches. We will initially work with large, easily visible yarn so the mechanics can be seen, then we will move to a small hook and yarn. In the two hour class, we will get through a basic chain and single stitches. These are the building blocks into the beautiful art of crochet. \n\nPlease keep in mind: hand/eye coordination and hand dexterity is key for crocheting. We are happy to teach people at any level or age, but please consider this when deciding to sign up for the class.\n\nWe will provide all the needed supplies to start but you are welcome to bring anything you already have. Our instructor can help you with them.
