A nesting ball is a great starter fiber craft for all ages. We will provide a woven grapevine ball that you will fill with alpaca fiber. A cord will be tied to the ball so that it can be hung in a covered area where birds have accesss. The birds land on the grapevine ball and pull out the fiber which they use to build their nests. Alpaca fiber is hypoallergenic, water wicking, and antimicrobial, which makes it the perfect material from them to use. Each participant will leave with a completed nesting ball.\n\nWe will provide all the needed supplies. Our instructor can help you with them. We have a limit of 15 participants per class, but if you have a group and would like to schedule your own group class, please contact us for scheduling on a separate date.
